1. Service description
preps64 is a chess opening preparation tool that lets you build, study, and track your repertoire. It is operated by Killian Sonna ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscription
The Pro plan is billed at 4.99 EUR per month. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your access remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Free plan limits
The free plan allows up to 2 preps and 100 moves per prep. These limits may change with prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use preps64 to store illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or abuse the service in a way that degrades the experience for other users.
6. Intellectual property
The preps64 platform, its design, and its code are our property. Your opening data belongs to you; we do not claim ownership over the content you create.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
preps64 is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
